Aroung October 22, 1997 I was driving northbound on route 3 in the morning. I passed several moose hunters vehicles parked about a mile south of where this picture was taken. As I rounded a corner, here stood a moose I've been seeing for the last few months. He was just standing there watching traffic. I stopped to snap a picture, as I rolled down the window he took off. I got out and shooed him up towards the hunters. Hopefully one bagged him. It's only a matter of time before he connects with a car if they don't.
